Cancellation Policy

We are a 28-room roadside motel and keep policies simple so we can hold your room with confidence. Please review the following guidelines before booking.

Standard Reservations

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before 3:00 PM check-in on the day of arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged the first night plus tax.
  • No-shows are treated as late cancellations and the reservation is released after the first night.

Same-Day Bookings

  • Reservations made on the day of arrival are refundable if cancelled within 2 hours of booking.
  • After 2 hours, the first night is charged to secure the room for late check-in.

Extended Stays & Groups

  • Stays of 7+ nights require a 25% deposit that becomes non-refundable 48 hours before arrival.
  • Group blocks (3 or more rooms) require cancellations 5 days before check-in to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
  • Partial group cancellations follow the same window unless noted on your confirmation letter.

Need to shorten or extend your stay? Call us at +1 (760) 255-1626 or reply to your confirmation email. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability and rate differences.

Weather & Travel Interruptions

We understand that road closures or severe desert weather can impact travel. Contact us prior to your scheduled arrival and we will review options such as moving the stay or issuing a credit toward a future visit within 6 months.

How to Cancel

  • Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email if you booked directly on our website.
  • Call the front desk 24/7 for direct reservations. We will email a cancellation number for your records.
  • If you reserved through an online travel agent (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please cancel on that platform so their system notifies us immediately.

By securing a reservation, you agree to these cancellation terms. We reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions for emergencies at our sole discretion.
